I originally took my car to Chevy, and they quoted me $2200 to replace a heater cord I believe it was called in my car, but not only did Gunter give me a better price at around 1500/1400, they also did another diagnostics and found out that it was more likely something else (they said it could have easily been misdiagnosed). Needless to say I spent a little over $500 to get my car fixed. Michelle was wonderful, her customer service was outSTANDING! I haven’t had any issues with my car since receiving my car back. Thank you all again, I really appreciate it!

This place is phenomenal. Michelle is so sweet and knows the business. Explains what the problem or problems are in an understandable manner and they never charge or do any repairs that are not needed. Would highly recommend Gunter Automotive.
