Customer service was great. I like that fact that they were honest about the diagnostic fee and the repair estimate. A couple of other shops in the area I called were not as transparent, short, just guessing. Not really listening to what I told them the issue was. The initial phone call alone made my choice easy. They took the time to explain what was wrong, what it would take to fix the issue. And what my options were. They were priced a little higher than my old mechanic shop.But the product did come with a warranty of 3 years. So maybe that accounts for the higher price. I relocated from the other side of town. So was looking for a closer shop to start using. I would definitely use them if I can’t get to the other shop. I would definitely recommend them!
