Had my car serviced on 7-30 and had a problem with broken old key fob. Car wouldnt start because key fob didnt recognize my car even with new battery. Owner drove me home to pick up my other two key fobs and they installed new batteries with no charge. Michelle and team went above and beyond to be sure everything worked before I left. Not only is this company personable and knowledgeable they are very reasonable with their services. I highly recommend Gunter Automotive they are number ONE for me. Thank you Gunter

My Jeep lost ability to engage the correct gear, thankfully I was close to Gunters and they gracefully let me leave it there until they could analyze the problem and fix it As usual, their response was very fast. They identified clutch failure gave me a quote for replacement plus labor the same day, which I accepted. My Jeep now runs really well with no trouble at all so as always, Gunter Automotive did an excellent job at a reasonable cost

Gunter Automotive has been outstanding! I trust them with both of my vehicles for servicing as they’ve handled everything from oil changes and brake repairs to a full catalytic converter system replacement. That replacement was actually my first experience with Gunter. Michelle accurately diagnosed the issue over the phone which really impressed me. Meanwhile, the Ford dealership in Winder couldn’t even inspect my truck for at least two weeks. Gunter not only completed the repair promptly using original equipment parts but also offered a very competitive price compared to a quote I received from a well-known competitor. When it comes to finding a reliable auto repair shop, it’s rare to find one that delivers on all fronts: excellent customer service, top-notch workmanship, and fair pricing.
