Called them to inquire about fixing my shocks. Wanted an estimate. The lady said yes sure, that she just needed to make a call to get some pricing, said she'd call me back. 24 hours later, still nothing. I told myself, she probably just forgot, being busy and all. So I called her back. She said, let me call Honda and I'll call you right back. Two weeks later, still no call from Gunter. That is very poor service. If she didn't want to or couldn't meet my request, she should have just said so instead of wasting my time. And yes, they have my phone number, I gave it to them and she repeated it back to me. Obviously, they have plenty of business and don't need new customers. On to the next shop, after I write this same review on Angie's List.
