Once again, Gunter's did not disappoint. I bought a used Volkswagon Passat for my son about 6 months ago. While the car was still under the 90 day warranty, he had an incident where it just randomly did not crank. I took it back to Volkswagon with him to explain what was happening and they told me if I couldn't tell them what it was doing before it didn't crank, they didn't know where to start. Did not offer to keep the car and try to get it to replicate the same issue. I felt like they didn't even believe me. Three months later, the car starts doing the same thing again. I took to Gunter's, where I've been going for years now. They gave me the same great service I always get, kept the car, took them all day trying to get the car to not start, but they put the time and effort in and it finally happened. Bill was able to get it diagnosed and repaired for me. Have not had a problem since. As long as I am in this area, Gunter's will have my business. I feel like they truly care about their customers and always do their best.
