They always come through when I need them! I was driving along Hurricane Shoals when I noticed my car handling strangely, it just didn’t feel right, and the issue wasn’t improving. Ironically, I had been planning to call and make an appointment, but since I realized they were only about a mile away, I decided to stop by in person. As I turned into the lot, I noticed my steering wheel pulling to the right, and I was relieved I’d decided to come in. When I walked into reception, the staff member immediately told me she had spotted a flat on my front right tire. I ran outside to check, and sure enough, she was right. I’m so grateful for their quick help, she called one of the mechanics right away, and he put on a donut tire so I could get home safely. Thankfully, my tire is under warranty, so everything worked out perfectly.
