Amazing experience with Gunter Automotive! Our family has several vehicles and it's hard to find a place that you can trust. We took one of our vehicles to Gunter for a "test run" to see how we were treated and to get a feeling of their approach to customer service. We were not disappointed! From our first phone conversation with Michelle Greeson, the Service Manager, to the actual in-person interaction, we knew we were in great hands. They took excellent care of all our cars, Michelle communicated promptly and professionally with updates and timelines, and we were very impressed with the quality of their work and the lengths they went to make sure we were satisfied with everything. we did extensive research, and all the great reviews we found about Gunter Automotive were true. We have our family mechanic and we'll support this locally owned and operated business unconditionally. Thanks Michelle and Gunter!

Michelle is the best. Michelle is so knowledgable about cars. Sometimes she tells me what’s wrong with my car. Everyone is kind and polite, its a very friendly environment.
