I had such a pleasant experience - from scheduling my appointment with Michelle, to checking in and sitting in the waiting area. They recommended only what was needed and I felt such a huge difference driving my car home after my oil change, tire rotation and air cabin filter change. So happy with the service from Gunter Automotive. From the moment I first called to the time I picked up my car the team from Gunter was incredibly helpful and kind. I never felt like I was being rushed off the phone and they sent regular updates on status via text message so the entire process was super easy. Their pricing is also very transparent and fair. It was my first time using Gunter Automative for car repair. They demonstrated 1st class customer service in articulating my car’s repair needs in a timely manner and provided quality service. As a result, they have become my first option for future auto repairs.

I am soooo happy to have found Gunter! Being family-owned is what made me try them out. I have taken my Jeep to several local dealerships and felt fleeced by the labor and part costs. The team and Gunter serviced my jeep in two days and the repair was just over $400. I was SO happy with their level of communication, 3-year part/labor warranty, and, of course, the PRICE! I will be back.

As always I was having an issue with car that I could not define, the techs took time to test drive and pinpointed problem, the car parts were ordered and I was back on the road PDQ!! Very happy with service from beginning to end
