I've been taking my 2005 Toyota 4runner here for about 2 years. I have peace of mind knowing I can fully communicate and trust this shop every time. I brought it in for a leaking brake line so they ordered a new one from Toyota, they had it replaced quick and easy. They went the extra mile to clean up the mess I made from the brake fluid going on my new expensive wheels.

Took my vehicle to Gunter’s Automotive for a routine oil change and tire rotation. Michelle at the front desk was very nice and had a great attitude. They kept me informed with updates on when the vehicle was finished. Overall a great experience and I would recommend them for any of your routine service needs.

It was our first time taking my car to Gunter Automotive and the staff were very very friendly and helpful. The prices are very reasonable especially for the high quality work. We will be using them from now on and start taking all our cars there! I’m very glad we finally found a good auto shop with great customer service.

Had a strange problem occur with my old GMC truck. Gunter Automotive was able to determine the root cause and advised what my options were. They are my go-to shop for anything vehicle related. Highly recommend.

Really nice staff and they definitely got the job done but unfortunately just like any mechanic out there, they will try to rip a young girl off. Literally quoted me $700+ for a tune up on a 2007. I know I’m young and a girl but I know for a fact a tune up for my car isn’t $700 no matter where my spark plugs are placed. I’ve been quoted $100-$150 at many other places so I really don’t know where they got $700 from. If they didn’t try to take advantage of me they could’ve gotten a 5 star.

I am very pleased with the overall service I’ve received so far and am really amazed at the knowledge everyone has, the way they explain the problems I have, so I understand what’s wrong. They are very courteous and respectful . I will definitely be back.
