I trust them with both of my vehicles for servicing as they’ve handled everything from oil changes and brake repairs to a full catalytic converter system replacement. That replacement was actually my first experience with Gunter. Michelle accurately diagnosed the issue over the phone which really impressed me. Meanwhile, the Ford dealership in Winder couldn’t even inspect my truck for at least two weeks. Gunter not only completed the repair promptly using original equipment parts but also offered a very competitive price compared to a quote I received from a well-known competitor. Gunter Automotive has tons of 5 star reviews for a reason and I'm happy to add them. I've taken my car to them multiple times, they've always been upfront about the cost, repairs have been completed quickly and I've never felt like they tried to sell me services I didn't need. That can be a hard combo to find in mechanics so as long as I'm in Gwinnett I'm sticking with these guys!
